The firm assists companies in all aspects of corporate governance, group reorganization as well as corporate and contractual structures.

M&A

M&A operations, irrespective of a company's size, are highly diverse in nature: fund-raising, sale of shareholdings/control, IPOs, business transfers. The firm is regularly involved in such operations.

Business litigation

The firm regularly assists its clients before the civil and commercial courts, offering rapid, comprehensive and efficient handling of each case. We take a case-by-case approach to develop the right strategy, based on the objectives sought and the possible solutions (amicable and/or contentious).

Patrick Kasparian

Patrick Kasparian (Ph.D.) is a practising Lawyer admitted at the Paris Bar and the Beirut Bar. He is tenured Senior Lecturer in Private Law at University of Reims.

Patrick holds a Ph.D. diploma at the University of Paris II - Panthéon-Assas (summa cum laude) and has completed a dissertation about Joint Control under the supervision of Professor Hervé Synvet (published by Editions Joly).

The main focus of his practice is Company Law and Commercial Law. Patrick has gained expertise in litigations related to shareholders' & governance's conflicts, management liability, post-acquisition issues and commercial contracts. Moreover, he provides legal advice on M&A operations, Joint Ventures and Non-profit Organizations' structural needs.

He teaches Company Law, Commercial Law and Contract Law. He also gives lectures about Blockchain and Law. From 2016 to 2020, he was Assistant Director of the CEJESCO (Private Law Center of the University of Reims).

Patrick has written several studies and articles in prestigious publications & French law journals concerning Blockchain, smart contracts, corporate control, strategic decisions in companies, top management issues and shareholders’ rights.

Patrick Kasparian is a member of the AFDD (French Association of Doctors of Law), the AFAJA (French Association of Armenian Lawyers and Jurists) and the AJFE (Association of Former Jamhour Students in France and Europe).
